Shipping policy

I endeavour to keep the delivery costs as low as possible for you, please read carefully for a full breakdown of delivery costs and duties/customs for international orders.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days between an order being placed and being dispatched. During busier times this can vary so please bear this in mind if you have a delivery deadline. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Packaging

I pack and send each order personally and where possible try not to use plastic wrapping. Where plastic is used I have sourced biodegradable cellophane to try and limit waste. Here is how each item is packaged:

Art prints are placed in a biodegradable cellophane wrap with a cardboard backing and then placed in a cardboard backed envelope

Stickers and greeting cards are packaged in a cardboard backed envelope

Your Details

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase and on your order confirmation. This is your responsibility!

If it's incorrect send a message as soon as possible after ordering but after a certain point in the fulfillment process I am unable to amend any details.

If your order has already been dispatched I will be unable to re-route the parcel and it will have to be returned to us before we can resend it. There may be an admin cost incurred in the event of this and I will not be able to refund the original shipping cost paid. Please check your details carefully when you purchase and be careful if you are using auto complete!

DELIVERY RATES UK

I will send out your order via Royal Mail or Parcel Force

Orders up to the value £10.00 - Royal Mail First Class £1.70

Orders from £12 onwards - Royal Mail 48 Tracked (include proof of delivery and photo on delivery)

Orders over £50 - Free delivery (UK ONLY)

International Shipping

International orders are sent out via Royal Mail International tracked. I have endeavoured to keep the prices as low as possible.

Shipping costs DO NOT include any duties or taxes that may be charged by customs and these are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact your local customs/ tax office and local tax advisor for further information. Please note, the customer is responsible for following the tracking for delivery updates.
