Participation Agreement

By submitting your name(s) to The Women Who Love Women Archive, you confirm that you voluntarily wish to be included in the project.

You understand and agree that:

• Your submitted name(s) may be incorporated into original artwork created by Sarah McCaffrey (Caffer's Art).

• The artwork may be displayed online, exhibited publicly, reproduced in printed products, featured in publications, used in promotional materials, and sold commercially.

• Once artwork has been completed, printed, published, exhibited, or sold, it may not be possible to remove, alter, obscure, or replace submitted names.

• Inclusion in the archive does not create any ownership rights in the artwork or entitle participants to control how the artwork is displayed, reproduced, promoted, or discussed.

• Requests to remove names from future artwork or publicly accessible databases will be considered where reasonably possible, but removal from completed artwork, printed materials, publications, or previously distributed products cannot be guaranteed.

• You should only submit names that you have permission to submit.

By submitting your name(s), you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and consent to your name(s) being used as part of The Women Who Love Women Archive.
